Adult Coaching

ADULT GROUP LESSONS- Terms 1 and 4.

Adult group lesson dates 2026 -12th Oct- 30th Nov- Booking online available from 24th August.

 

 

Beginner Lessons

Mondays 6-7 pm - 7 week course. $139 (incl gst)

This course includes technical instruction on all strokes, fed ball drills, rallying and point play to use your new skills immediately.   Lots of fun and a great way to meet other people to practice with.
Coached by Kirstie and Perry.

Improver/Intermediate Lessons

Mondays 7-8pm- 7 week course. $139 (incl gst)

This course is for adults who are intermediate/improver players and is best for players who have done one or two coaching courses with us before. There is less technical coaching in this class, than in the beginner class. This class has a play and learn style of coaching, with tennis drills and match-specific pointplay being at the forefront of the class, rather than technical coaching.
Coached by Perry, Kirstie and Amanda on Mondays.

Note: All participants are required to be club members or pay casual court fees of $10/lesson,

These classes run throughout the year.
* Men's morning coaching, Tuesdays 10am-11pm $20/session
* Womens morning coaching, Wednesdays 10am-11am $20/session.
